There is an entertainment center consisting of a TV and stereo in addition to phone and answering machine access. The bathroom has a tub and a shower (all linens and towels provided). The studios are suitable for 1-2 people.

The building is a six-story walk-up with a courtyard accessible to all the clients. There is a double door security system.

The apartment is located in Midtown, a half block away from the A,C,E train lines on 42nd street. The location of the studios offers a broad selection of entertainment and sites: Broadway shows, Lincoln center, Rockfeller Center, United Nations, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Central Park, Museums etc...
