Large and beautiful 700 sq ft apartment with two real bedrooms, situated right in the heart of New York City’s East Village. Lots of light and great views of the Empire State building.
There is a queen size bed in the first bedroom, a convertible double sofa bed in the living room and a pullout couch in the second bedroom/study. Bedrooms are quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all utensils, plates and silverware. The living room has a big flat screen TV with cable, Internet, stereo HiFi with iPod hook up, DVD player, bright light and a gorgeous view of the Empire State Building. The apartment is on the 4th floor, it is a walk up building (3 floors up).
The area has many wonderful restaurants, great little shops. There is a super market, a laundry and a Post office just a block away.
Damage deposit of $300 required at time of commitment and is fully refundable at the end of the stay.
