The studio is approximately 250 sq. ft. and is furnished with a queen sized futon bed. It can comfortably sleep one person or a couple. There is a small dining area for two people. The kitchen area has a microwave, small stove and refrigerator, and comes with a coffeemaker and a toaster. There are pots pans and cooking utensils for the guest.
The bathroom has a small bathtub and shower, and all bed linens and towels are provided for the guest.

This is newly renovated efficiency studio conveniently located in Midtown West.
The building will have satellite access in the near future. The apartment is one half block from the A,C, E train lines at 42nd Street. Yellow taxis can be hailed at all times of the day or night.
