2. If the requested apartment is available, you will receive our instructions to make a down payment of 50 % of the total rent either by effecting an international money transfer, issuing a Bank Draft.

You can secure your reservation by credit card by paying the service fees and the first night rent. The payment is made trough our web site with autorize.net a secure credit card system.

3. You are advised to alert us once you have effected your payment, in order for us to book the apartment for you immediatly .

4. Once we receive your down payment, a letter of confirmation for your reservation will be sent to you by email, detailing the essentials of this rental, the apartment managment contact and the address of the apartment. List of Documents we provide to our clients : Proposal with the full description for the rental ; invoice ; instruction for arrival .

5. There is no collection or return of keys, (unless otherwise specified on your invoice ), you go directly to the apartment on your arrival, provided that the agency is informed of your time of arrival.

6. The balance of the rent is required to be paid at your arrival directly at the location, (or at the agency depending on the apartment) along with a copy of your passport and the security/breakage deposit which will be returned to you at the day of your departure.
